Thanks to advancements in technology, we are able to offer high quality virtual plans when an on-site visit isn't possible. A few key factors that come into play for these virtual designs:

Using mapping tools like Google Earth Pro, GIS, and OnX we can get a great overview of what the land has to offer.

Pairing this with the information provided by the land owner, we get to work crafting the plan!
